Texture with Type

Texture Observations

After completing the Visual Principles photo project, I found that patterns and textures are a lot easier to identify than points, lines, or planes individually.  As patterns and textures require many combinations of these principles, as well as distortion of shapes I found that natural objects and environments include more texture while urban, man- made environments include more patterns because they require a more definitive repetition that lacks in nature.
